目的：观察针刺足三里治疗术后胃肠功能紊乱的临床疗效。方法：将60例接受妇科腹部手术的患者按随机数字表随机分为对照组和治疗组，各30例，术后分别给予基础治疗及基础治疗加针刺双侧足三里。每日针刺2次，共治疗5天。运用术后首次肛门排气和排便时间对胃肠功能恢复进行评价，并观察两组术后并发症。结果：治疗组在首次肛门排气时间、首次排便时间上比对照组均明显降低，差异有统计学意义（均P＜0．05）；且均未见不良反应。结论：针刺足三里治疗对术后胃肠道功能的恢复效果好，安全性高。
Objective:To observe the efficacy of acupuncture at Zusanli ( ST 36 ) on postoperative recovery of gastrointestinal dysfunction.Methods:60 participants were randomly divided into two groups.Thirty patients in the intervention group with needle acupuncture at Zusanli ( ST 36) twice per day plus basic treatment.Thirty patients in the control group were received basic treatment only .The time for the first flatus and the time for the first bowel movement after treatment were observed to evaluate the efficacy on postoperative recovery of gastroin -testinal dysfunction, and adverse cases were also observed.Results:After treatment, the time for the first flatus and the time for the first bowel movement in the intervention group were both significantly shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05), and there was no adverse case.Conclusion:Acupuncture at Zusanli (ST 36) is effective and safe for postoperative recovery of gastrointestinal function.
